Reservations:
To make a reservation, contact us with your choice of dates.  If the date of departure is less than 60 days away, 100% of the trip price must be paid now to book the trip.  If the date of departure is more than 60 days out, a 50% deposit is required now with the balance due 31 days before the departure date.

Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation 91 days or more before trip departure – Full trip payment, less a $200 cancellation/administration fee, is refunded.

Cancellation 61 to 90 days or more before trip departure – Full trip payment, less $300 deposit, is refunded.

Cancellation 60 to 41 days before trip departure – 50% of trip payment is refunded.

Cancellation 0 to 40 days before trip departure – No refund is given.

Cancellation of an Expedition by Wild West Expeditions –  If we do not get the minimum number of persons needed to make a trip feasible, we reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time.  Or we may need to cancel a trip for reasons beyond our control such as that may make the trip unsafe or undesirable for the clients.  In such case, a full and immediate refund of the trip price paid to Wild West Expeditions.  We are not liable for any other associated travel costs incurred by the person(s) intending to making the trip.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any participant for any reason at any time.  We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by such participants.

Changes:
Wild West Expeditions reserves the right to change trip itineraries without notice because of weather, roads and other unforeseen conditions.
